Shipping & Returns

We only accept returns if faulty
Some items are exempt from returns due to Hygiene reasons - this will be in the listing for each item.
We offer a 30 day returns policy. All products must be in a new and unused condition and in it's original unopened packaging. 
Original packaging NOT damaged in any way - including any labels. 

Shipping fees and handling fees are not refundable.

All items are supplied Brand New unless stated within the listing.

Any defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. 

Items supplied as replacement spares to be fitted yourself - any damage incurred during fitting voids any warranty or returns.

Electrical items - once fitted voids any warranty or returns. 

All items must be new and unused and in it's original sealed packaging along with all the accessories that it is delivered with. 
A item given free as a promotion with any machine must also be returned.

All new machines are sold with manufacturers warranty. For any fault on machines - please contact us direct to discuss the issue
We will ascertain the issue, solve the problem or collect the machine, repair and return to you.
